A brother who calls himself a 'true Calvinist' said:
I must admit I was once a Hyper-Calvinist of the Hardshell type, but through the grace of our Lord was brought back again to believe once more the Bible by correct and scientific exegesis, especially in rightly dividing the Word of truth. While actually answering you by and bye, I would like to show Hardshell Hyper-Calvinism is characterized by the following common presuppositions
10. Hyper-Calvinists fail to put distinction between the inner and irresistible call of the Spirit in regeneration and the outward call of the Gospel. Every Gospel call or divine summon is always an inner activity which cannot be resisted.

Any real hyper-calvinists out there?
Then come, and let's reason together.
What do you think of the 4th point?
Is that what you believe?
Are you rightly represented?
And Calvinists, please join in to enlighten us.

1. The truth is, the new school calvinists (which Rocky A. Simbajon calls "true Calvinists) who CAN'T distinguish the Divine effectual call of an elect out of his native state of sin and death to that of grace and salvation from the human gospel call of an CHILD of God (an elect already effectually called) to believe the truth of the gospel of his salvation by God's free and sovereign grace.
"True Calvinists" like Rocky who failed to make biblical distinction between the effectual call of a condemned dead alienated sinner to grace and salvation on the one hand, and the gospel call of a child of God to believe the truth of the gospel of his salvation by God's free grace. This failure to make the proper distinction explains why such "true Calvinists" are gospel regenerationists - these insist that the gospel ministry is the instrument the Holy Spirit uses to do His work of regenerating sinners dead in trespasses and sins. It is men like Rocky who believe that the irresistible call of the Spirit in regeneration is conditioned upon outward gospel call minister by the preachers!
The irresistible or the effectual call is the free and sovereign act of calling an elect OUT of his NATIVE state of sin and death, to that state of grace and salvation. This calling out of one state unto another REQUIRES and INVOLVES justification to remove condemnation, regeneration to remove spiritual deadness, and adoption to removed alienation, and the bestowal of the gift of the Spirit of adoption to dwell in the child of God.
"True Calvinists" like Rocky are defective as well as deficient in their understanding of irresistible call, equating with regeneration!
It is a plain and obvious fact that the effectual call out of the native state of sin and death to that of grace and salvation is logically and chronologically prior to the gospel call to faith in Jesus Christ; it is the former that ENABLES an elect to answer to the latter. The effectual call to grace and salvation enables a child of God to answer to the gospel call unto his conversion to the truth of his salvation by God's free and sovereign grace.

"Every Gospel call or divine summon is always an inner activity which cannot be resisted."

I really wish that the above statement has a typing error. As it stands, it is surely a whole load of confusion, and falsehood.
Rocky, who calls himself a "true Calvinist" say H-C fail to put the distinction between the inner and irresistible call of the Spirit in regeneration and the outward call of the gospel ministry. He should really level the charge against men like himself. Proof: in the statement above, Rocky has failed to make the distinction between gospel call and divine summon. He has joined and united the two together
Is every gospel call always an inner activity which cannot be resisted?
What does "gospel call" here mean?
Is every "gospel call" issued by the gospel preacher the instrumental mean to 'divine summon'?
Is the efficacy of the divine summon dependent upon the instrumentality of the gospel call?

The Gospel call can be resisted. Regeneration cannot be resisted.
