This model is the same one that many, many "television evangelists" across the globe have learned and use so successfully. I remember a line from a 1970s movie starring George C. Scott, called "The Flim Flam Man." That line was given in answer to someone asking the main character, a man who made his living cheating people out of their money, how he could live with himself. I dispute your TWISTING of that clear Scriptures. You have just TWISTED and PERVERTED that clear text to mean that God DID NOT love any other people other than the Jews!!!
You have perverted and twisted that glorious text to say that God DID NOT love any people except the Jews!!!
That text says that the Jews were a special NATION... no other people group was chosen to be a THEOCRATIC nation for God's redemption purpose.
But you have TWISTED and PERVERTED that passage to say that God DID NOT love any apart from the Jews... you use that passage to exclude the love of God for the ancient Chinese who gave every evidence that they did worship the Jehovah God of heaven.
