Romans 16
18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ,
but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of
the simple.
Galatians
2:4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in,
who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that
they might bring us into bondage:
5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ
hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Ephesians 4
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and
fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and
cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.
2 Timothy 4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound
doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,
having itching ears.
Politicians and preachers alike are ever ready to tickle
your ears to fleece you, and bring you into bondage!
