Don't be fearful of asking questions; it is an excellent tool for gaining knowledge and understanding.

Heed the advice of a sage.

Make fewer statements and ask more questions; questions help to elucidate the meaning of the statements made. They may also help to highlight any deficiency or inconsistency in the statements.

When we do make statements, let's also be prepared to answer reasonable questions that may be generated since sincere folks are desirous to understand the statements made, and wiser people wish to help us to be more accurate; there is no virtue being woolly. We learn BOTH by asking relevant questions and seriously responding to sincere inquiries.

There will be occasions when the inquirers are not interested in your response; there will also be people who make statements but entertain no questions. Leave both kinds alone.

James 1:5 KJV — If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
