The assembly hall of
Sungai Dua Church (the whole premises is only 50'x20' shop-lot) - it's simplicity is stark by any standard. There is no stage
with its sophisticated lighting for performances, no drum-set or other
sound-box for noise and entertainment, no advanced audio-visual system for
amusement... sorry, we are primitive.
However, we have the
pulpit for the preaching of God's word, a people who love singing the hymns of
praise and hearing the word of God preached, and a table for the Lord's Supper.
(The chairs are stacked away because the floor needed to be swept and mopped
after the fellowship meal.)

edification, and exhortation, and comfort."

therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and
the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in
season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and
doctrine."
